Bugs in the room . First night , had to killed a big cockroach by the bed ! Second night woke up with cockroach drops all over the bed and a big cockroach on the side of the bed . Told housekeeping team and asked me to put the clean my room sign on door

it is close to restaurants

there is no space to hang wet clothes since the place is all about beaches

Excellent hotel - spacious room, clean and well maintained, right in town, excellent breakfast, great pool and lounge area, roof top restaurant.

Some Bathroom fixtures need to be fixed. Encountered red ants in the unused toothbrush box.They charge extra fees on their credit card payment methods. They’re small amounts but no other hotel does this. They should shoulder the 1.5-2.5% fees. They cant expect customers to bring cash to pay for their stay.

The hotel is in a great location, just an easy 10-minute walk from downtown Coron with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The property itself is well cared for and nicely maintained. We took advantage of the shared airport shuttle service. The staff were truly amazing - always smiley, friendly, and very helpful. The pool was warm and relaxing, and the pool bar was extremely handy. We also appreciated the small minimart attached to the hotel, which was great for picking up basics like large bottles of water (if the hotel-provided water wasn’t enough), instant noodles, snacks, and alcohol.The beds were super comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.

We booked two rooms for our stay. The Family Bungalow was excellent - spacious, bright, well laid out, and equipped with a fridge. In contrast, the Triple Room was very small, with barely enough space for suitcases. It was quite dark and had a slightly musty smell, looked onto the busy loud street and it did not have a fridge, something we unfortunately didn’t notice at the time of booking. Our own fault so keep an eye on that.

Great location, very close to the port and downtown, which was definitely a plus.

The lift wasn’t working, and it looked like this has been an ongoing issue.There was also no hair dryer in the room, and reception couldn’t provide one when asked.The biggest problem was the room itself. There were either bed bugs or fleas, I was bitten all over and the itching was unbearable. I reported this to reception, and they said they would clean the room, but the situation was already extremely uncomfortable.

We had an amazing 4 nights here. The room was spacious, clean, super amenities, pool and fantastic views from the top floor of the hotel where breakfast is served. The airco is silent (we changed our hotel to this one because of impossibly loud airco). Breakfast was not big but had everything. The people working here are a delight - ready to help. Honestly this place saved our holiday in Coron. We highly recommend staying here.

Last day the internet was not working but was not such a big deal.

Attentive and accommodating staff! Good complimentary breakfast that we enjoyed on rooftop. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, playing games and just relaxing.

Good location, easy to walk to downtown. Staff was really helpful with any requests and one employee lent me her umbrella for the night because it was raining outside and the hotel did not provide any. Restaurant was really good.The pool felt nice after a long day and was not to crowded

I would have liked someone cleaning the room at least once as we were there for 4 days, but we didn’t ask so I guess we should have.

The large room, great cr. Needs more ventilation stays damp and musty. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful. The swimming pool and area was really nice and clean.

The restaurant was just ok. I think the prices are a bit high for what you get. The breakfast is fine. Much better than most included breakfast.

Clean, good location, centric. Good breakfast but the coffee was not great I complained the first day and Gerald made the attention to improve it by the next days I really appreciate the effort. Staff is great.

The elevator seems to be in maintenance for some time now. I would have appreciated if they let you know before confirming the booking. Wifi worked really bad in the room. As I work remotely, I had to work all days from the hotel reception couch, not comfortable.

Staffs were pretty accomodating and the rooms were neat and clean

The stench of sewage coming from my bathroom was vile. Each morning I would discover dead cockroaches in the bathroom from the smell

Lovely modern hotel with a great pool area. Good location to shops and restaurants. Arranged airport transfer for me. Worth the money.

Maybe some more western options for breakfast would be a good idea

I read reviews about a cockerel and thought, surely it can’t be that bad? Well… from 4am, multiple cockerels have a shouting match outside the hotel. Bring earplugs.

Comfortable beds, good shower, spacious room and strong air conditioning. Nice sunbeds (with towels provided) and a pool bar. Shop on site.

Breakfast was terrible: stale cereal, off fruit and undrinkable coffee. Booked a transfer, but were not told it was shared - this caused us to be almost late for our flight
